On the white mustard testes on soddy-weakly podzolic soil is revealed a complex of pests belonging to the orders Coleoptera, Hymenoptera, Lepidoptera, Homoptera, and five types of fungal diseases. Spraying of 5% Sumi-alpha insecticide with a consumption rate of 0,2 l/ha reduces the number of pests on flea beetles, bedbugs, aphids, blossom veevers, cabbage whites and moths on the 25th day after applying by 90,5-99,3%.

The study is carried out in LLC «Evrodon», October (c) district of Rostov region. It has been found that males at the age of 140 days are larger 1.80 times more than females, 147 days - 1.62, and 154 days - 1.58. Breast weight of males is 5.42 kg, that is 2.19 kg more than in females. Chemical meat composition has been showed that the dry matter in the meat of 147- day- old males is by 0.86% higher compared with 140 -day-old ones; the dry matter in the meat of 154- day-old males is by 0.33% higher compared to 147- day-old ones. The index in females is 0.5% and 0.6% respectively.

The article presents the results of studies on the urea content and the mass fraction of protein in the milk of cows with a tethered and loose method of maintenance, taking into account the technology of milking cows, depending on the season. The optimum content of urea, protein in cow’s milk is established in summer period, the greatest one is revealed in winter period with all milking methods and maintenance technologies

As a result of the studies carried out on the chicken breed «High sex brown» it has been established that by applying forced molting it is possible to increase the period of industrial poultry use on average by 24 weeks what lets to raise egg production efficiency.
